I have been on this CBD Oil for 4-days now..It is the Ananda 300-mg….I take 1-dropper before bed…I am still not sleeping any better now I am having heaviness in my chest and just feel really short winded..I also am having a lot of sinus drainage..I do not know if I could be allergic to this stuff or what…I also have wheezing..Now I do have Asthma and wheezing but it seems more intense since I have started to use this..I started out on Charollett’s Web..So I don’t know what to do..Anyone else feel like this that already has Asthma thanks.

Not only if you’re getting started with CBD oil, but also if you’re looking to take a high-strength concentrate. How can you accomplish a 40% effect (the strongest available) with a 4% concentrate? I started taking CDB oil under the tongue a few months ago for pain. Seems to help BUT I have a terrible lingering after taste and a sense of smell as well. I quit taking it for or over a week and I still have the same smell and Ted taste effecffects. Now I can’t even smell my own perfume or coffee or bacon frying. It all smells and tastes just like the CDB oil. AND My coffee, ice cream, bacon etc etc all smell like the taste of CDB.

Realistically, you’re going to be looking at a minimum dose of about 40mg CBD if you want to feel effects, at least that’s in my experience. That said, I’ve noticed that dosing can be kind of sensitive – if I take over about 80mg, it seems to start effecting me negatively while a 40-50 mg dose works wonders for me joint pain and sleep.
